Little Breeze is a distinctive 70s beach house nestled in the coastal community of Cape Paterson, created as a genuine retreat from busy urban life.

Living

The heart of the home features a soaring pitched ceiling that creates a sense of space and light throughout the day. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the room, offering both warmth and ambience during cooler months. The worn leather sofa, perfectly broken in, invites long afternoons of reading or conversations that stretch into evening.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for holiday meals, from morning coffee to evening feasts. We've focused on quality essentials rather than unnecessary gadgets – good knives, proper cookware, and the right glasses for whatever you're pouring.

Bedrooms

Two bedrooms offer restful retreats dressed in 100% French linen – breathable, beautiful, and improving with every wash.

The main bedroom features a queen bed with a view to the paddocks across the road, while the second bedroom with double bed provides offers a cosy retreat for reading and relaxing.

Both spaces maintain the home's minimalist approach, ensuring peaceful sleep after days of salt water and sun.

Outdoor

A shaded deck area provides space for outdoor meals or morning coffee. Fire pit gatherings in the evening offer magical moments, and the outdoor bath allows guests to soak under the stars while listening to native birds and distant waves - both favourite feature among our guests, regardless of the season.
